Every time the QuitSmokingMobile user smokes a cigarette, this event is recorded in the device by pressing a button(Stage I). The software will then calculate a program for the smoker to follow. This by exceeding the targets set by the software, the smoker will gradually reduce the number of cigarettes smoked (Stage II). Exceeding targets set by just 5 minutes a 20 a day smoker will reduce to 10 a day after using the device for 10 days.

You smoke at your normal rate and use the QuitSmokingMobile app smoke button to record every cigarette you smoke. QuitSmokingMobile uses this information to form your personal quit plan.
Stage 2 (14 to 34 days):After payment for services run the QSM2 STAGE II
